Making Resolutions Stick: Fixed vs. Growth Mindset

Welcome to the first episode of 2017!

The year is rockin’-and-rollin’ and if you are like many Americans, you may have made resolutions… and already broken them. If you’ve noticed your new habits waning and old patterns returning, don’t worry, you’re not alone. A study at the University of Scranton found that only 8% of Americans actually complete their resolutions. Although there are many reason why resolutions fail, mindset is a huge indicator of success.

In this episode we will look at two approaches people take to lasting change: one that often result in disappointment, and one that research suggests creates more positive results over time– even in our relationships. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, start a new hobby or have a more fun-filled, romantic life this year, this video is a must watch.
